My name is Marissa Martin and I am from El Paso, TX. In May 2019, I graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Technical Communication. Following my graduation, I decided to return to Texas Tech in the Fall of 2019 to pursue my MA in Technical Communication. Throughout my time in the program, I have developed a passion for instructional design and technical editing. Currently, I am eagerly anticipating graduation in December 2021 and hope to enter the industry as a instructional designer or technical editor. This portfolio showcases some of the design work and artifacts I have completed in both my undergraduate and graduate careers.  I hope you enjoy!
